CORE INDIVIDUAL
You may have had a personal trainer in the past who took you through a workout, probably a generic one typical to all the other multiple clients working out with similar trainers around you, counted your reps and then said “see you on Thursday”! Maybe if the trainer was a little more on the ball they printed a couple of diet sheets for you. There is nothing “personal” about this approach and it can only ever achieve mediocre results. At CORE Health and Fitness, we recognize that each individual really does require a unique and well rounded program that reflects each person’s unique goals and physical make up. We know that fitness doesn’t stop at the end of your workout, so we remain available to you for questions related to all aspects of fitness and health (stress, nutrition, pain, etc.)
Our goal is to bring this individual style of training to as many people as we can handle. So we have 3 distinct service offerings depending on your flexibility, level of personal motivation, and budget

We are somewhat flexible with where we can offer our services and we will discuss with you your best options in terms of location.
Our goal is to bring this individual style of training to as many people as we can handle. So we have 3 distinct service offerings depending on your flexibility, level of personal motivation, and budget:
One on One Training:
We will work together to set your goals, develop your program, and help you dig deep to find that inner fire to take you to the next level of fitness that you never thought you would break through. Even those that have worked out for years on their own will benefit from our methods. Included in the one-on-one experience is a session every 6 weeks to analyze your body composition assessment, review your achievements over the last 6 weeks and how they translate to possible goals for the next 6 weeks.
Small Group Training:
Got a friend or two, or three you want to share the CORE experience with? We offer the same experience as the one-on-one training in a small group setting. You will not lose any of our unique, individual approach to our service offering in a group setting and stand only to gain the motivational energy and camaraderie that comes along with this style of training.
Guided Training:
In this approach we will meet with you for a one and a half hour session once every 6-8 weeks to complete and analyze body composition assessment, review the scores from your previous achievements, and set the fitness program and goals for the next 6-8 weeks. This method of training is ideal for those that have schedule or budget constraints, or feel that they have enough motivation to push through the workouts but need some guidance in building their program and tracking their progress.
